For over two decades, I have guided adults through chair-based yoga practices designed for safety, mobility, balance, and inner calm. My work honors the body’s rhythm, limitations, and wisdom — especially as we age.
As a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I understand that movement, nourishment, and emotional balance are deeply connected. My chair yoga classes integrate body awareness, breathing, and gentle self-care.
Through Meditation and Singing Bowl sessions, I invite you to slow down, relax deeply, and reconnect with yourself — wherever you are in life. At 71, I believe presence is the greatest gift we can offer ourselves.

All classes are live and guided in real time via Zoom. This is not a library of pre-recorded videos.
Classes are designed to respect individual limitations. You are always encouraged to move within your comfort level and rest whenever needed.
You only need a stable chair, comfortable clothing, and an internet connection.
